The weather today was beautiful! By the looks of it, you wouldn’t believe that it’s December. My Weather Channel Desktop thing said the temperature was 61 degrees! Now it is 48 degrees, whereas a week ago late at night like this it was at most 12 degrees. That’s a BIG difference! I hardly need a jacket, only a very light one if at all, to avoid any chill of a breeze.

The sun shines high in the sky and warms up my life. Such wonderful weather is a welcome relief from the stress of upcoming finals, and I find that the sun’s brightness always cheers me up! I don’t expect this sort of warmth to remain very much longer, but it’s great while it lasts. This weather is definitely a friend of mine!

Recently it has been very cold around here. Friday night it was 12 degrees (F) outside. Brrr! Needless to say, it came as quite a surprise when I walked outside today without a jacket and found that it was 50 instead of 30! What a nice day it suddenly became, with warm weather, the sun shining, blue sky, and open windows!

It snowed last night! Snow has been in the weather forecast for the last few days, but it seemed to never be actually coming. Finally it’s here! Snow is so much fun. It’s white and fluffy, cold and often wet, and great for throwing at people or jumping in!
